• How far in advance should we book? We are currently booking for 2026 & 2027
• How do we reserve our date? We will send you a contract to review and sign and non-refundable deposit must be made.
• How much is the deposit? Half of overall cost, price depends on which day you choose
• Is the deposit refundable? No
• When is the remaining balance due? 90 days before your event
• What forms of payment do you accept? Venmo, Cash, Check, Credit Card
• What is included in the rental fee? Access to the entire venue from 10am - Midnight. Tables and Chairs, Linens, Ceremony Arch, Sound System, Warming Kitchen, and Bride/Groom Suites
• Are there any additional fees? Yes, if you are serving Alcohol we require you to use one of our licensed bar tenders.
• Do you offer weekday or off-season discounts? Weekday discounts are already posted on our pricing.
• Do you require a security deposit? $500 refundable damage deposit
