• How do we reserve our date? We will send you a contract to review and sign and non-refundable deposit must be made.

• How much is the deposit? Half of overall cost, price depends on which day you choose

• What forms of payment do you accept? Venmo, Cash, Check, Credit Card

• What is included in the rental fee? Access to the entire venue from 10am - Midnight. Tables and Chairs, Linens, Ceremony Arch, Sound System, Warming Kitchen, and Bride/Groom Suites

• Are there any additional fees? Yes, if you are serving Alcohol we require you to use one of our licensed bar tenders.

• Do you offer weekday or off-season discounts? Weekday discounts are already posted on our pricing.

• Do you require a security deposit? $500 refundable damage deposit

• Are taxes included in the pricing? No

• How many guests can the venue accommodate? 200 seated, 300 revolving

• Is there a minimum or maximum guest count? Maximum

• Can we have both the ceremony and reception at the venue? Yes

• Is there an indoor backup location for bad weather? Yes

• Is the venue climate controlled? Yes

• Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes

• Can we bring our own decorations? Yes

• What time can vendors arrive? 10:00am on the day of your event
